Wholesale Agreement Terms
By registering as a wholesale customer you agree that:
- All items that you purchase from Saturn Press are for resale to consumers and not for personal use
- Your business is tax exempt for these transactions
- You are responsible for collecting and/or remitting all sales or use tax to the tax authorities that have jurisdiction over your activities
- You will provide reasonable assistance to evidence your compliance with these terms, including but not limited to, providing Saturn Press evidence that sales tax does not need to be collected on these purchases
